The staff was very accommodating. It had the vibe of a family kept business and they actually cared about your stay. We arrived super late and they were sooo welcoming. We actually wanted to stay another night and had to change rooms. Which was totally fine bc someone else booked our room. But they worried about me leaving a bad review bc a previous tenant did, about an issue beyond their control. So if i could leave 10 stars...i would. They were all super sweet. I will be back. Absolutely adored the stay here at Rivers Edge. Thank you!!

Worse experience in long time. Run by one person, who is nice enough, but put us under room with a couple with a dog. He said all dogs were on the first level. That couple took the dog out and up loud metal stairs 5 times during the night! Our unit smelled terrible with cleaning solution and there was no door on closet, hand rail in tub, dirty shower liner, no water in morning as he forgot he had guests and told workmen to shut it off The air conditioner was so loud and kicked on and off all night!. We had zero sleep! Breakfast was grab a go and only had walmart yogurt, breakfast bar, old tiny orange, tiny muffin snd water. All this for $320, a total ripoff! Never again!

About a block from Ourays Main Street, super convenient. Nice setting next to creek. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. A gentle suggestion, the bed sheets (fitted sheet) were 'pilling', maybe invest in some new sheets. Other than that the bed was super comfy.
