Para começar as fotos são muito antigas. O hotel não está em bom estado. A recepção está horrível, os corredores estão mal pintados. As acomodações estão muito ruins: portas mal pintadas e fechadura extremamente frágil e vulnerável, ar-condicionado em baixo da bancada, banheiro com teto descascando. TV antiga (não pega streaming), nenhuma luz de apoio ao lado da cama, sem lençol de cobrir, somente uma colcha de piquet
As maçanetas estão bambas e as chaves são antigas
O ar condicionado fica em baixo de uma bancada e não tem controle, impossível para idosos acessarem o equipamento

Várias Moscas e Mosquitos nos alimentos

A estrutura física do hotel em sí é boa mas não vale a pena se hospedar aqui: PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA. O café da manhã é um verdadeiro cenário de horror: O café é servido em uma "mesa" aberta e, por isso, dezenas de mosquitos e moscas ficam sobre os alimentos. Praticamente todos os alimentos continham moscas. Falta de higiene total. Fotografei e filmei os mosquitos/moscas nos alimentos e passei o caso à recepção e à gerência do hotel que, como medida, apenas colocaram um ventilador no dia seguinte no local para "espantar" os mosquitos e que, obviamente, não resolveu o problema, uma vez que no dia seguinte haviam moscas/mosquitos nos alimentos. Essa situação é inadmissível pois além de não ser higiênico, contribui para a transmissão de doenças. Como se não bastasse o cenário de horror com as moscas/mosquitos no café da manhã, uma aranha desceu do lustre do teto do quarto e caiu sobre a cama e tive que matá-la. Além disso constatei os seguintes pontos negativos: 1- Ausência de secador de cabelo no banheiro. 2 - Chuveiro com pouca pressão hídrica. 3 - As cortinas (cortina e black out) são pequenas para o tamanho da janela e, ao amanhecer, o quarto fica bem claro impossibilitando dormir satisfatoriamente. 4 - No quarto havia apenas um lençol e uma manta branca bem fina para cobrir (não havia edredom/cobertor disponível no quarto) e por isso senti frio durante a noite. 5 - A piscina é pequena e fica em frente a área do café da manhã comprometendo a privacidade do hóspede.

O hotel tem uma boa estrutura e quartos espaçosos. Pontos positivos: Quarto espaçoso, estacionamento grande e bons preços de lavanderia. A opção de Restaurante no Hotel foi excelente, (pratos a lá carte muito saboroso e preço acessível), boa localização, café da manhã muito bom. O isolamento acústico foi péssimo, pelo menos no quarto 224 onde ficamos, para compensar tinha uma vista da Serra do Ouro Branco.
