Villa Laguna is a spacious and well-appointed holiday villa ideal for a comfortable getaway. The outdoor hot tub on the terrace of the lakeside sauna allows you to forget everyday worries (the hot tub is available for rent at an additional cost).

The swimming beach is located in a sheltered lagoon, with a long, shallow sandy bottom that is perfect for small children. This property is well-suited for those seeking a peaceful holiday.

Located 56 km west of Joensuu, the villa is just 20 meters from Juojärvi, which is known for its clear and pure waters. The beach features a dock and a rowing boat.

The log cabin was built in 2012 and includes a living room, combined kitchen/living room, a bedroom on the lower floor with a double bed, a utility room, a bathroom with a toilet and shower, an electric sauna, a separate toilet, and an open terrace.

On the upper floor, there is a lounge area with a sofa and TV, a balcony, and a toilet. The upper floor has three bedrooms; one with a double bed and two with two single beds each.

The lakeside sauna, built in 2010, features a lounge area with a fireplace, a refrigerator, and a bathroom with two showers, as well as a wood-burning sauna.

The terrace of the sauna has an outdoor hot tub available for rent at an additional cost of 200 euros. The garage is for the owner's personal use.
