Located next to the owners' residence, it enjoys its own privacy and a pleasant private terrace, ideal for relaxing. In a peaceful setting, this accommodation is just 10 km from the towns of Gien and Briare, renowned for their heritage, pottery, and river history. Ground floor:
- Large living room with an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge. Wood-burning stove (wood provided on request).
- Bedroom 1 (1 double bed 140x190 cm) with its own external access and en-suite shower room (shower, sink, toilet).
- A separate shower room (walk-in shower, sink, toilet with grab bar).
Upstairs: Bedroom 2 (two single beds 90x190cm), Bedroom 3 (one double bed 140x190cm) with en-suite shower room (walk-in shower, sink, toilet with grab bar) leading to a mezzanine (two single beds 90x190cm).
Outside: Private terrace with garden furniture, parasol, sun loungers, and barbecue.
