Located next to the owners' property, it benefits from its independence and a pleasant private terrace, ideal for relaxing moments. This peaceful accommodation is just 10 km from the towns of Gien and Briare, known for their heritage, earthenware, and river history. Ground floor:
- Large living room with open-plan equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge area. Wood-burning stove (wood provided upon request).
- Bedroom 1 (1 double bed 140x190) also has outdoor access and an en-suite bathroom (shower, sink, toilet).
- A separate bathroom (walk-in shower, sink, toilet with grab bar).
Upstairs: Bedroom 2 (2 single beds 90x190), Bedroom 3 (1 bed 140x190) with its en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower, sink, toilet with grab bar) leading to a mezzanine (2 single beds 90x190).
