Welcome to your budget-friendly, A-frame escape in Heber-Overgaard — Tucked in a quaint neighborhood, in a central location, it is the perfect basecamp for exploring Rim Country’s trails, lakes, and forest fun. Simple, cozy, and full of charm, this 2 bedroom cabin is made for travelers who love nature and adventure without breaking the bank.

Guests should know that this cabin is not deep in the woods, but is located in a rural neighborhood around other homes of similar size. Its central location to local attractions makes it a great place to explore the area. If you're looking for complete seclusion & privacy, we suggest a different location.

1st level: you will find a comfortable living area with tv & gas fireplace, record player, bathroom with walk in shower, quaint kitchen equipped for making meals, and 2 porches for outdoor relaxation.

Unique spiral staircase (18 inches wide) leads to the 2nd level.

2nd level: you’ll find both bedrooms with inviting comfy queen beds and mini splits for zonal heating. Please keep in mind that there is no bathroom on the 2nd floor when considering booking, especially if traveling with children or elderly guests.

The back deck provides a comfy place to sit and relax on the outdoor furniture and enjoy the fresh mountain air. Cook up some burgers on the propane or pellet grill; or simply enjoy a nice beverage and good conversation with your special someone, friends or family.

The back yard is fully fenced, providing a great place to allow pets to relax off leash.

The fire-pit is located in the side yard. Guests must follow all local burn laws/regulations. If fire restrictions are in place, guests may not be able to have a fire. Must provide your own wood and kindling.

Parking: free parking on premises (up to 2 cars)

Pet fee: Although we've designed the space to be pet friendly, we do still require a small pet fee per pet. This fees helps us to continue to be a pet friendly property and compensates for the extra ware/tare and cleaning required for allowing pets. Emotional support animals are still considered a “house hold pet” and need to be declared on the reservation and the pet fee paid. Only animals specifically trained to help someone with a disability are exempt.

Pet rules: should never be left at the property unattended unless in a cage/crate. Should have its own sleeping space and not be allowed on/in the beds. Should also make a reasonable effort to limit pets time on couches/chairs. Must be on a leash when outside. All pet waste should be properly bagged & disposed of in trash receptacle.

This cabin offers its guests barbecue grills. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Overgaard cabin is smoke free.
