The bed in the master bedroom was broken and the mattress was very uncomfortable. The water had an awful smell and taste like metal when brushing your teeth. The refrigerator and freezer were dirty. The overall cleaning was not that great. Beautiful home just needs better care where the cleaning is concerned.

Sergey is a responsive host, and the house is centrally located near major east/west and north/south roads to easily get you where you need to go in central Florida.

The host was very welcoming, even came to check on us to make sure we didn't need anything additionally. The house was clean and spacious. Would definitely rent again in the future. quiet neighborhood as well.

Our host was very accommodating. It was easy to check in and out with a lock box. The house is open and inviting. It has a lot of space, nice beds, the air conditioning works, the tv works - everything worked. We especially liked the body wash, shampoo dispensers in the bathrooms. There is a Publix close by for groceries. The house is close to major streets so it is easy to navigate. We enjoyed staying in this house.
