Wonderful location. Friendly staff. The included breakfast cafe was very good. For being an Aparthotel it could have had a better supplied kitchen. A couple of wine glasses would have been an easy addition.

Not expensive, but excellent.

It was my second stay there and it is a really great hotel. The location is perfect for me...not rammed in a hotel zone but only a few minutes on foot to the old town and cathedral, and even closer to Gascon Street. The staff is very good also. Jose, at the front desk, speaks perfect English. He helped us very much. He oriented me to the town and gave my son a map with some highlights to get around. I definitely recommend it.

Room had a bedroom and separate enclosed living room with pull out sofa bed so two people could each have a separate space to sleep. The sofa bed was comfortable. Also came with a kitchen that had a fridge, cooktop and microwave along with cooking and eating utensils. Easy walking distance to market, restaurants, and old town. Area was noisy, but with windows shut it was fine.

Good value accommodation

This is a great value hotel. Each apartment has a kitchen, lounge, hall, bathroom and bedroom. Located by the old town there are lots of restaurants and bar. You can have breakfast in the cafe do if you don’t want the 10 euro option you can order what you want at the bar. The parking is difficult for larger cars so can be stressful on arrival. Also there is a main road outside so expect traffic noise at night.

Perfect for our two nights

This Aparthotel was perfect for our 2 night stay. First things to point out (these didn't bother us at all) - It is situated on a hugely busy roundabout, but has great double glazing which effectively muffles the noise - but if you are REALLY super sensitive to noise maybe this isn't for you. The apartment was huge. Easily sleeps two couples.. Massive bed in one room. Very large sofa bed in the large dining room. Well equipped totally separate kitchen and decent bathroom, excellent shower. Certain elements are now a little tired, but, look at the price for all of the space you have. Excellent value in my eyes. It is a ten minute walk to the stunning old town, the beautiful cathedral and endless restaurants. I fear that this place will totally modernise in the next couple of years, lose the beautiful wooden floors and also the essence of being right there on the edge of town. There's a very good Mercadona across the road for filling your fridge. Also underground parking at reduced cost to hotel guests. We didn't use the hotel restaurant, but it seemed very reasonably priced. We will definitely stay here again on our way from our home in France to our holiday in Portugal. Excellent.

Liked … very spacious and very well equipped (bedroom, family room, kitchen, etc); staff was very attentive and provided a fan when told room was hot. Very good value for the price. Could be better: I was there Sept 11-15, the hotel does not have air conditioning and temperature inside the rooms was 26-27 degrees celsius (approx. 80 Fahrenheit). We were able to sleep thanks to the fan that staff provided. Another thing to point out is that there was road construction with significant noise starting at 8:00 a.m. This will probably be a non issue in coming weeks as the city completes the project.

Strategically located for visiting Oviedo

The hotel has a very good location for visiting Oviedo and surroundings. Spacious room/apartment. Bed too soft for our taste. Great parking option available with direct access to the hotel.

Just north of the historic centre and a 5 minute walk to boulevar de siderias. Also, a grocery store eighth across the street. Separate, well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Very pleased with this stay.

A very pleasant stay

We were quite surprised at how nice the hotel was. It was incredibly clean. The memory foam bed was super comfortable. The staff was friendly and spoke very good English. (Our Spanish isn't very good yet.) Parking was very tight, but there were plenty of spaces available in their garage. The tiny kitchen was nicely equipped. We were very pleased and would not hesitate to stay there agian.

Excellent value city centre apartment

The apartment was very good value so close to the city centre. There is also a large supermarket a few minutes walk away. The underground car park with direct access to the hotel (11,25€ a day) was very convenient. The windows kept out the traffic noise, but in warmer weather the lack of AC and fans could be a problem.
