The room was clean and staff was friendly. However, we got a king room with a pull out couch and the pull out couch mattress was in TERRIBLE condition. You could see every single spring in it. When I asked for bedding for the pull out couch, the receptionist was super kind and brought it to our room. The bedding was clean, but the two blankets that were brought to us had holes in them and were very raggedy. The king bed was so hard that my kids didn't even want to sleep on it. We agreed we will not ever be staying at a best Western again

Our AC didn't work. Night shift guy tried to help, but maintenance told him to have us "turn the thermostat down". Right, that's how we arrived at the not working part when turning it down didn’t make it colder. Night shift guy provided a fan, not much else he could do besides tell a manager in the morning. We opened a window to try and get some air, and of course we were on the interstate side so it stayed pretty loud with trucks all night. I talked to the front desk in the morning. I told her our AC never worked, she said "Perfect! I saw the note about it!" I told her it was awful, she said, "Perfect! Safe travels!" We didn’t expect a lot, but zero attempt at making it right wasn't expected either. The whole hotel is hot. Hallways, lobby, rooms. Ask to step in to a room before swiping your card.

This property is conveniently located just off I-90. My room was on the front of the building so I did not hear any highway noise. My ‘King bed’ room was clean, comfortable, & and spacious. The room had a Keurig machine with a selection of pods. Teas, coffee, hot chocolate were available in the lobby at all times. Hot breakfast included eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits & gravy. Cereals, yogurt, fruit cups were also available.

Get rid of the gross chair!

The bad: the room smelled like mildew. The chair in the room was beyond cleaning and gross. Please throw it out! Good: the stafd was friendly, shower had lots of power and the bed was comfortable.

Overall a quick access hotel from I-90. Road noise is pretty loud on that side of the hotel. Breakfast is good, but seating area is very small and tight.
