Everything was great except for the dining area, it was too small for all the people having breakfast. The staff was very nice. When we asked if they had board games, they didn’t but he found a deck of cards and took it to our room.

Check in process was unreasonably long (we were the only ones checking in) and I’m not sure what information was required to be entered (room was pre-paid and personal info provided ahead of time) but it was awkwardly long. Room had an overwhelming rubbing alcohol scent that did not dissipate through the stay. Access to the building and room is all stairs with few access points which makes getting your luggage and stuff to your room very inconvenient if you have more than one bag (which we did) - would not recommend and will not return

The staff and stay was great. The breakfast was decent they had a waffle maker and the bathroom was stained walls and dated other then that no complaints really and i would stay here again if I was in owen sound area as the price was good

Only one complaint is that the toilet seat is loose on the right side at the back so it slides to the right when you sit down. It's something that is NOT obvious unless you sit on it. One concern... were the eggs real? It was hard to tell because they were round patties. The bed was comfortable. The desk staff were excellent.

The best Hotel, in which have stayed

From the moment I stepped inside the door I was welcomed with warmth, friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism. Barb at Owen Sound, set a very high standard to make me feel comfortable and welcome. And so it continued throughout my week! All the staff went out of their way to make me feel at home 5 gold stars. For everyone ( with six for Barbara The room was comfortable and offered just the right amount of facilities, comfortable bed, good sized wardrobe a nice bathroom enough electrical outlets , a god tv, and comfortable chairs. My king size bed was so restful with the nicest bedding I have ever had. I like being able to step out in to the walkway and felt safe with locks on the door and safety bar on patio door. Room 103 It so happened that my next door neighbours were attending the same choir camp, this it was easy to host each other through our patio doors. Which , means that or stays didn’t really fit the categories suggested. We were not buying, selling, or attending a conference. But aattending a choral camp to enjoy and improve our singing. Maybe you should add two more categories, educational, and Othet. This way you will know why some of us attend for a few days. The hotel was quiet and my neighbours and I never heard each other when we each had our TVs on Parking seemed to be sufficient except for one night. When, luckily I had my disability sign with me, Thus luckily, I was able to park in accessibility spot! Otherwise , because our camp went on in
