The woman at the front desk was totaly rude when I asked if they had any Band-Aids, she rudely responded NO with a nasty attitude and demeanor You would think Best Western would keep a supply of some first aid items for the guests

The location of the hotel is great. Close to lots of amenities. The hotel is dated and the property needs renovation. The room we stayed in was good. Large and spacious. It included its own kitchen. Happy that the floor inside the room was not carpet. Very impressed with the cost of the room on a Sunday night.

We stayed at this hotel for one night and while the staff were friendly and accommodating, our experience with the room left a lot to be desired. When we arrived early just hoping to plug in our electric cooler for the day, the front desk kindly allowed us to check in early, which we really appreciated. At first glance, the room seemed fine. But when we returned later that evening, we noticed several issues. There were flies in the room, and although we got rid of them, more kept appearing. The bathtub had a large brown stain where an anti-slip mat had clearly been in place for a long time. The room lacked basic items like tissues, soap, and even a soap dish. The fridge was plugged in but not functioning. We also found a large clipped toenail in the middle of the floor, which was very off-putting, and some of the electrical outlets (particularly those not between the beds) weren't working. We raised these concerns with the front desk, and the receptionist was very responsive. She brought us tissues and soap, and came up to check the AC. When she couldn’t fix it, she offered to move us to a room next door. However, it was already 11 p.m., we were exhausted, and we’d just finished unpacking, so we decided to stay. Unfortunately, when we got into bed, I discovered a large brown stain on the comforter, which was disappointing. While the staff were helpful and genuinely listened to our concerns, the room condition did not meet the standards we typically expect from a Best Weste

When we needed anything, the front desk staff were great! The room had a few maintenance issues, I.e., bathroom sink plug broken. We had a problem with a room beside us and noise, but the front desk handled it quickly. I recommend not taking in large groups.

We liked the large, functional room and comfortable bed. We needed the woman at the desk to reset the tv. The shower from one of the other rooms sounded like an alarm going off. Breakfast was only mediocre with only 1 apple and1 orange at 8 am and very liitle scrambled eggs.
