Young lady (East Indian ) was extremely helpful (room was booked on wrong date ) may have been my fault but very difficult to change , she after a while, corrected this and did a great job . In back courtyard , could use some weed pulling , to look definately better . Thx

The Pros of the Travelodge are the staff were friendly, Free Coffee next to sigh in desk, 20 % off restaurant meal with your Room Number. Great location close to everything. Fair price you get what you pay for. The Pool was Ok not heated, The Hot tub should be avoided the water did not look clear, there is a bathroom just off the pool which is nice. I was surprised there was no camera in the pool area since the pool door did not lock. The parking lot is not numbered so if your in room 24 you might have to park farther away not being able to see your car. They advised me to park anywhere first come basis that should be addressed. Our room had ok Beds but the pillows should be reviewed I had to stack 3 to make one. The 6 on the two beds 3 were usable three had over stayed there welcome. Overall you get what you pay for Last but not least I believe there are local residents staying long term in the Motel But I did not notice any problems during my stay

The one thing we really wanted was a hot tub. We got there the hot tub not their fault, but it had broken down.😕 other than that it was friendly, clean, and enjoyable, and close to everything

Very Disappointed with WIFI

WIFI did not work in Room 25. Had ZOOM meeting at 7, missed about 25 minutes. Only saw part because receptionist was helpful and suggested reception is probably better near reception desk, so moved there. Later, TV did not work. Receptionist checked, found that control was not working, and was able to obtain one that worked. You should not advertise WIFI service unless it works in all rooms. Improve your WIFI service, or don't advertise that it is available.
