We had a group with us with a total of 3 rooms. Booked it because of the ratings. Ratings were absolutely incorrect. Hotel is ran down. Rooms were dirty 1 bathroom was never cleaned. (HAIR AND URINE) Sheets dirty Towels had rust stains Breakfast was cold and not a variety. Over all stay was displeaseling. However the staff was very friendly. Not worth the price paid.

Dirty, unchanged sheets, dirty cabinet faces and dresser both with visible liquid and other unknown substance dripping and dried on them, trash still in bathroom and oil and hair on kitchenette sink. Pictures were sent to establishment. Only nice part about our stay was Jessica at the front desk. She was very kind, hardworking and understanding of our frustration. She did her best to accommodate.
Just on cabinet face, the dresser was far worse but did not get a picture as they had shown up to change sheets.
Literally me walking in the room and pulling back the comforter.

Great Staff!

Great Staff! Hotel was clean and convenient. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was great. Barbie at front desk was wonderful. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Owensboro.

Fridge and microwave was dirty with bugs. Bed was uncomfortable, hotel was run down. Housekeeper was told to redo some rooms in front of several guests. Waited to be checked in for 20 minutes, no one came to the desk during that time.

The staff was very nice however the pool and hot tub area was disgusting. The water in the hot tub was brown. The air in the pool area didn't work. The ice makers on all floors didn't work. The carpets were stained in the hallways. The AC didn't work well in our room. The stairwell steps were sticky and gross. The shower curtain was ripped. I would not recommend.

This was the worst stay I’ve ever experienced. The room was very dirty and torn down. The sheets were stained with blood and make up on both beds. The carpets were dirty with forks and plastic tops, chips and other food items. There was a dirty blanket rolled up under the pull out bed. There was ants all over the room even in our clothing and spiders in the windows. The bathroom was very dirty and there’s was hair all over the shower and floor in the bathroom. There was no light bulbs in any of the lamps except one and the smoke detector was broken and hanging off the wall. The ac unit blew warm air and was also broken in half. I’m very disappointed that we paid an extra $100 for the conference room for my daughter’s party. We booked 3 weeks in advance and even came early the day of to make sure everything was ready. The conference room was full of dangerous power equipment, wood pieces and lots of gallons of paint. There was no tissue in the bathroom and no extra trash bags. This pushed her party back 2 hours and most of her guest could not attend due to the time changes.

No ice in ALL ice machines! Said they were broken! No soft drink machines. Had to request another room because sheets on one bed looked as if they had been slept on. Floors were wavy like warped. Noisy from other rooms and people walking. Very disappointing for $157.00!
