Facilities include WLAN (suitable for video calls), a TV & radio as well as a crib and a high chair (on request). The communal outdoor area (6000 sqm) has a pool with sunbathing lawn, a garden, an open south-facing terrace with valley and mountain views and a barbecue. The nearest supermarket is in the center of Owingen, which is 4 km away. Lake Constance with its Mediterranean shore (and thermal spa) is located near Überlingen, which is a 10-minute drive (7 km) away. The nearest airport is in Friedrichshafen, which is 50 minutes (45 km) away by car. E-bikes can be rented on site (don't forget your helmet). Charging stations for e-bikes and a wallbox for e-vehicles are available. When it snows, there is access to a cross-country ski trail and the possibility to rent snowshoes from the landlord. On request, the host will fill the fridge for the day of arrival with organic produce from the region or from the supermarket. The hosts also offer specially roasted 100% Arabica coffee and pressed apple juice from their own apple trees. If you wish, baked goods can be left on the door at the weekend in the morning. You can also buy water, beer, wine, eggs, butter and other drinks from the hosts. All hygiene requirements are met. Parking is available on the premises of the accommodation
