Enjoy all that midcoast Maine has to offer from this charming cottage in Owls Head! Walkable to the general store, the harbor, walking trails, the Owls Head State Park and just a quick drive into Rockland, Camden and other midcoast towns.

Enjoy easy access to nearby restaurants, shops, and the fresh pine air. It's the ideal base for creating lasting memories in Maine.

This quaint cottage has everything you need for a relaxing couples retreat, family vacation, or solo escape.

On the first floor you will find a fully stocked kitchen with a small table for two. To the rear of the kitchen is the dining area with banquette seating for six, washer dryer alcove, and full bathroom. This is the only bathroom in the house and includes a shower/bathtub.

On the front side of the house is a cozy living room with a smart TV, record player, puzzles, and games.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with queen beds, one with desk & pack-n-play (both have closets and dressers).

Outside you'll find a driveway with plenty of parking, a picnic table for outdoor dining, and deck with chairs.

This is an antique house with modern upgrades to the kitchen and other areas. Please be aware that some rooms have low ceilings and steep stairs.
