Nice weekend away

My wife and I made a last minute decision to stay outside of Stockholm and chose this hotel at the last minute. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast (included) was very nice. We also enjoyed the ease of walking to restaurants around the city center.

Property was very clean and secure, staff very efficient and helpful. I found the room small by Canadian standards. The room came with a free sumptuous breakfast spread plus free unsecured wifi. I requested and received secure wifi. I had a very good stay.

VĂ€ldigt kallt. Jag trodde att fönstret stod öppet, sĂ„ jag gick direkt fram för att stĂ€nga. Men sĂ„ var inte fallet. Elementet var knappt ljummet. SĂ€ngarna var okej men det hade i detta lĂ€get varit bra med ett extra tĂ€cke. Eftersom det inte fanns nĂ„gon nattpersonal, sĂ„ kunde inget Ă„tgĂ€rdas. Rummet var okej, rent och iordning. Frukosten var nog bland de sĂ€mre jag har blivit serverad. Brödet var sĂ€kert flera dagar gammalt, mjölken hade bĂ€st före datum fyra dagar före vĂ„rat besök, dock inget fel pĂ„ smaken. Äggröra och pannkakor torra. Nej, frukosten var lĂ„ngtifrĂ„n vad man önskar sig inför dagen. Ett pluss var dock att vi fick behĂ„lla rummet en timme extra, dĂ„ vi behövde byta om inför en begravning och det tackar vi för.

Hotellet var bra men gammalt och slitet. LÀget var inget vidare dÄ det lÄg i ett affÀrscentrum och som grÀdde pÄ moset började stÀdmaskiner pÄ torget röja runt klockan sju pÄ morgonen. Rummet var ok, likasÄ frukosten men omgivningen var inget vidare.
