I read the reviews for this hotel and I thought maybe people were being a bit dramatic but then I stayed a night and they were not being dramatic. The room was exceptionally dirty. There were rips in the sheets, and the faucet was covered in lime scale. The sink didn’t drain. There were dead bugs and flies on the windowsill. The toilet was exceptionally dirty. The towels had not been washed they were just re-folded from whoever stayed blast and every surface was covered in dust dirt and a film. I was very disappointed in the facilities at this place.

It was an expensive room but there were only a few options in town. The shower water pressure was horrible and the sink water never really got hot. The room was clean and beds were comfortable but the pillows were bad. Breakfast was okay.

The property was run down and filthy. Our room had dead flies pooled in the condensation by the window. The pillows had mold on the cushions and the recessed lights had mismatched bulbs. We were gouged on the pricing as it was graduation weekend. It was an absolutely horrible experince.

The rooms were dirty and our families were staying there from out of town 4 hours away for a wedding. Ceiling falling in over bed. No valve under sink on hot water for sink faucet so no hot water in bathroom, luggage holder broken, no place to hang your dresses in closet so had to hang on door hinge. Just really unbelievable. Talked to attendant but he had no answers. Paid way too much.

Close to campus! Bed was comfortable! Luke warm showers. Many items “out of service”- from the swimming pool, the drinking fountain, even their “ice cold lemonade” was not ice cold.

Literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed at!!!

Stayed here for a visit to Miami and we know there are NOT a lot of options in Oxford, OH. This was the WORST and DIRTIEST hotel I have ever styed at in my life. Bugs, black mold, stains everywhere on the carpet, sheets, walls. TV, hairdryer and phone all did not work. Front desk said they were sold out and could not move rooms . Asked for manager on both Saturday and Sunday and they were not working weekends. Promised to call me on Monday and never did. I tried to call back to hopefully get a reduced rate based on my complaints and they never called back. Paid $300/nt (as every hotel in Oxford can) but I wouldn't have paid $25/nt after seeing how awful this place was. The only way this franchisee will get it is if you stop booking this dump. I would never bring a family to this place as it could seriously be considered a heath code violation....YES its that bad!!

When we checked in ,the young lady was very sweet. Later she rembored us and had our towels waiting for us. We were always iin the room when cleaning staff ready for our room. Shower leaks threw skower doors. Bath could use some updating. But stay good. Nice staff.

We used this place many times before, not sure if new owner or what, but staff having attitude when checking in, and rude when we drove for 12hrs got here too early, and when they explained it was too early for check in had such an attitude about it, i know we were early, but being tired and awake for 24hrs, we had to kill 6 hours and stay up longer just to wait to check in. The prices are ridiculous, how does it jump from 100 something to almost 500 something to ADD another day to our reservation… if you are staying in the area… stay away from this location
