Enjoy this newly built 3BR/3.5BA corner townhome in Oxford Commons—perfect for Ole Miss games, graduations, events, weekends, or weekday stays. Walk to Malco Cinema, Chick-fil-A, Aplós Simple Mediterranean, and other new restaurants and dining options. Less than 2 miles from the Square and about 4 miles from Vaught-Hemingway Stadium. Please note: Current photos are from a similar unit with the same floor plan, design, and furniture. Actual photos will be updated soon after setup is complete.

The Space:

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need during your stay, including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, an electric cooktop, and a fully stocked coffee bar for coffee lovers. The adjoining living room comfortably accommodates 6–7 guests, making it a great space to relax and spend time together.

The living room features a 58" smart TV with complimentary access to Netflix, Disney+, and Hulu. A convenient half bathroom is also located on the main floor.

Upstairs, you’ll find three spacious bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable queen bed and its own private full bathroom. Every bedroom also includes either an adjustable table or a desk and chair, providing a convenient workspace for guests who need to work or study during their stay.

Each full bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and a hairdryer. Fresh linens and towels are provided, along with starter supplies of paper towels and toilet paper. Guests also have access to an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience.

Outside, enjoy a cozy patio with comfortable seating—perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening.

Parking: Space is available for two vehicles at the back of the home, with additional parking available in front.

Cozy Retreat is designed to be a comfortable and welcoming place to relax, recharge, and enjoy your time in Oxford—whether you’re visiting for Ole Miss, a special event, a weekend getaway, or an extended stay.

Please Note: No pets or smoking are allowed inside the property. We also kindly ask guests to remove their shoes at the entrance to help keep the home clean and comfortable.
