The room above up has very squeaky floors. I feel we are in a very old house. Found hair in the shower. I’ve stayed at many Hampton Inns and this is far the worst. Need to change brand of hotel.

Before I made the reservation for my husband, I called Hampton and asked if there were places that my pet could use the bathroom. I then asked if there were extra fees for the pet, and I was told explicitly that there are no pet fees. My husband had to pay an extra $75 for the pet.
