The breakfast is good for the level of hotel. Very convenient location. The property itself is a bit run down. Big scratches on the furniture and on the wall. No shelf to put your clothes. (Maybe because it is a handicap room -- we didn't ask for it).

Staff were great but would not stay here again. They put us in an ‘accessible’ room which we did not need. There was barely any furniture other than a lumpy bed, a small desk/chair and 2 small stools. Had to put most belongings on the floor. Breakfasts are okay if you have a strong stomach. Would not stay here again.

This Premier Inn is in a great location - directly opposite an entrance to Westgate shopping centre, and a few minutes walk to many local attractions. Hotel lobby was clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was generally clean. Bathroom needed a little more attention - walk-in shower is in need of thorough cleaning. Bed was comfortable, but the A/C kept switching itself off leading to me overheating a few times during the night as the room heated up quickly. Breakfast was good quality. The male member of staff managing the breakfast area on May 1st was really helpful and pleasant. He provided me with the gluten free menu and offered to have the kitchen prepare something separately to order. I would recommend this location.
