Step back in time with this beautiful and completely updated cottage located in the historic downtown area of Oxford. You will love the location of this home that is situated within walking distance of downtown with several restaurants and shops for you to visit while you are here.

This home features a really nice kitchen with tons of cabinetry that has been recently updated with new countertops and comes with all stainless appliances including the refrigerator, stove, microwave, and a dishwasher and comes stocked with plenty of plates and cooking utensils. Just off the kitchen there is a nice dining area with a table with four chairs.

Both bedrooms have queen beds. All bedrooms have their own smart TVs, and have plenty of clothes storage space if you are going to be staying for a while.

There is plenty of seating in the living room as it comes furnished with a couch, and 2 side chairs with coffee and end table and a large 55in. smart TV.

The exterior features two beautiful and covered porches that have outdoor seating plus has a two-car car-port if you need some covered parking. There is also street parking if needed and a privacy fence.
