We welcome you to stay in newly renovated flat, enjoying the best of the Magdalen Road area and just a 15 minute walk from Oxford city centre - our home is the ideal base for exploring Oxford or just a relaxing weekend away with your feet up!
As you step into the basement flat, you are welcomed into our stunning open plan living room and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics you need to enjoy a cosy cooking night together or to prepare a big breakfast, to fuel you for a day of exploring!
In the living area, we have a wood-burning fireplace so you can curl up with a warm coffee (made with the coffee machine in our kitchen!) and a great book on our comfy sofas, and in the warmer months, you can also open up our double French doors onto the private patio and access the shared garden to soak in the sun!
In the rest of the flat, we have a lovely bathroom with a luxurious rainfall shower and a spacious bedroom. Our bedroom boasts a super king size bed, black out blinds, and top quality Hybrid Simba mattress so you can enjoy a great night’s sleep, and wake up ready for a busy day of activities or just a wander out for a bit of brunch! If you are hoping to have more than two people stay, we can also offer our blue sofa in the living room with a pocket sprung mattress too.
The flat is situated in the thriving Magdalen Road area of East Oxford so we have plenty of great pubs, cafes and restaurants right on your doorstep. We are also just a short walk away from the City Centre which offers a wide variety of activities for everyone in your party. Of course, there are the historic dreaming spires of Oxford, the iconic boathouses offering a punt on the river, the beautiful water meadows and a trip to one of the many incredible restaurants in the area or a big shopping trip around the boutique shops! As we have parking onsite and are only a 10 minute taxi ride from Oxford train station too, the home is perfect whether you are coming by train or by car!
Please note that this property is located within a building shared with other residents. While we strive to provide a comfortable and peaceful stay, some noise from neighbouring flats may occasionally be heard. This is a normal aspect of apartment living and is beyond our control.
**Important: To help protect our homes and guests, we may require the lead guest named on the booking to complete an independent ID verification process prior to arrival. It’s nice and easy, taking less than 5 minutes to complete. Please note this MUST be completed by the named booker. If completed by someone else, we will request for the verification to be resubmitted. Failure to complete this process correctly may result in the cancellation of the booking.

You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step.
