Charming home with great location.

This house was perfect for what we wanted in Oxford. It was your traditional charming rowhouse with steep stairs and wavy glass. We loved the grape vine arbor in the backyard and all the quaintness of the place. We would’ve given it a five star rating except for a few things that were off. For instance, there was no toilet paper in the home when we arrived and was delivered two hours later. There were also no hand towels, floor towels or washcloths. Only one bath towel per person. So we had to carry it around with us to dry our hands after washing them. It was awkward to also receive a notice that we needed to pay a 69 pound cleaning fee that we were not aware of when agreeing to the price. I wasn’t sure if we were being scammed or if this was normal and would’ve appreciated everything upfront. Besides all that, we loved being in Oxford and this location was great. I imagine these things can be easily fixed.
