Includes a game room to enjoy some darts or play on the foosball table while relaxing at the homemade sitting bar area..

ATV/UTV not to be driven on property. Any damage to grass or ruts in drive will be charged to security deposit.
Use of indoor woodstove requires phone conversation with owner for proper use/cleaning. Woodstove left dirty will result in $50 added cleaning fee.
