The main living area is bright and open, with comfortable seating, a smart TV, and a dining space that flows into a fully equipped kitchen. Large windows and a sunroom offer views of the water, making it easy to unwind with a coffee in the morning or watch the sunset in the evening.
Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished, with two featuring California king beds and the third offering a queen. The home also includes soaker tubs for a calming end to the day, and a sleeper sofa for additional guests. Ceiling fans throughout help keep the air fresh and comfortable.
Step outside to enjoy a private dock, kayaks, paddleboards, bodyboards, and a fire pit for evening gatherings. The balcony and outdoor dining area make the most of the waterfront setting, offering a peaceful spot to share meals or simply watch the activity on the water.
Located in a quiet neighborhood with beach access just a short walk away, this home offers a blend of recreation and relaxation. Spend your time exploring the shoreline, visiting local shops and eateries, or taking in the nearby parks and trails.
THINGS TO KNOW:
-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial booking request
-Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-When booking for 30+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater
-When booking for 30+ nights, an additional utility fee of $400.00 Per Month (prorated when applicable) will be due and outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented at a variable-option cleaning rate
-If your grand total is over $10k, additional security deposit will be required to be paid after booking to equal 10% of your grand total
-Please note the pet fee in your booking is 'per pet'. If you're booking more than 1 pet, the additional pet fee of $155 (plus tax) will be required to be paid after booking.

-Please note kayaks are off-limits for liability and safety purposes
