Perfect for families and guests traveling with dogs, the nearly beachfront Chic Shack is known for its huge private backyard, fire pit dinners, and the feeling that time slows down the moment you arrive.

**Booking process - IMPORTANT!
- After booking, you will immediately receive a message asking you to confirm your reservation and digitally sign our occupancy agreement. Please do not forget - by sigining, you trigger your check-in information. If you do not sign the agreement, you will not receive your check-in infomation.
- Once signed, you will be emailed a link to your GUEST PORTAL, where all important information lives, including check-in details, WiFi, and local recommendations.

Perfect Cozy Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful stay! The house is perfectly situated to enjoy Oxnard’s stunning beaches and harbor, and a reasonable drive to all of the other towns we explored (Ventura, Ojai and Santa Barbara). The house was perfect for the 3 of us, had plenty of space on the back patio and was very cozy. Definitely would stay here again!

Chic Beach Shack

We (2 adults plus dog) had a lovely time at this property. Everything was as advertised. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet, and the beach was just a few minutes away. Lisa responded to our questions in record time. We will be adding this vacation home to our list of all-time favorites.

Oh My Word!!! It is the most adorable place. From the moment we walked in to the rooms, the kitchen, the wow bathroom the outdoor patio. And within walking distance of the beach. The bedrooms were super comfortable & spacious. The decor very tasteful.the kitchen had everything we needed. We spent the best time there. We were able to use the beach chairs while there, as well as the washer & dryer. We are already planning our next trip there. Wonderful, wonderful cozy place.

A little hiccup but all worked out in the end!

On our 3rd day we noticed there was a bubble of water in the ceiling caused by a lot of rain that happened a few days prior. One quick call to the property manager got us a construction crew to fix the situation. Because they preferred that we not be in the house during the "fix", they relocated us to another property, and allowed us to stay an extra few days without additional cost. It was a little hassle, but we were well taken care of. This property comes fully equipped! Even for your 4 legged friends!
