Hello friends—welcome to Ocean Pearl, a sunny, pet-friendly beach house just one easy block from Silver Strand Beach. This is the kind of place where you grab your coffee, wander to the sand, and end the day back upstairs watching the sun melt into the ocean. The star of the home is the 360° ocean-view rooftop deck, perfect for stargazing, sunset lounging, and relaxed nights by the fire pit. Casual, comfortable, and thoughtfully hosted—without Malibu prices.

**Guest Access
Guests enjoy private, exclusive access to the entire home, including:
All interior living spaces and bedrooms
The secure back patio
The rooftop deck with 360° ocean views

Check-in is seamless with keyless self-entry. We respect your privacy throughout your stay and are always available via the app or phone if you need assistance.

**Parking
Garage parking for one small car
One vehicle may park in front of the house
Street parking is not available

**Booking process
After booking, you will receive a message asking you to confirm your reservation and digitally sign our standard rental agreement.
Once signed, you will be emailed access to your Guest Portal, where all important information lives, including check-in details, WiFi, and local recommendations.
Your entry code will be released 48 hours before check-in inside the Guest Portal.
Early check-in may be requested through the Guest Portal when available.
A $25 per dog, per stay pet fee applies and can be paid through the Guest Portal or HostCo Store.
