The Space:
The spaces guests have access to is the upstairs portion of the duplex along with The garage, the backyard, and the driveway of the house. There is a separate downstairs unit that is not available and it is kept locked. Enjoy all the natural light you could wish for with views of the Channel Islands Harbor and Pacific Ocean. The living space is open concept and makes spending time together as a group easy and fun. We offer Beach chairs, Kayak, bikes for getting around and some boogie boards too!

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the main upstairs portion of the house, the garage, the back yard area, and parking in the driveway. There is a small downstairs portion of the house that is not accessible.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is a Channel Islands Beach by Silver Strand Beach in Oxnard. There are side walks everywhere and walking or biking around is great. The beach is right across the street and many restaurants are in walking or biking distance. There are also tons of activities in close distance including kayaking, sportfishing, jet skis, etc.

Getting Around:
If you’re just getting around the neighborhood you can use the Bikes or even walk to the beach in about 2 minutes.

Other Things to Note:
The house is technically a duplex and There is a separate downstairs unit where the owner may stay on occasion. His entrance is through the sliding glass door in the front, which is separate from the guest entrance to the upstairs of the house.

Interaction with Guests:
I am here for you during our stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I am only a call or text away. You will be able to self check in upon arrival.

This apartment offers its guests a water park. This apartment also features barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities.
