Luxury hotel suite in Dawn Beach St Maarten. 3 big bedrooms, 2 full baths, office space, laundry room, sofa-bed in the living room, huge balconies with direct sea-view, 2 big pool, restaurants, beach bar, gym, multiple amenities. Full kitchen. Free parking, free wi-fi, cleaning, daily laundry and towel service, room-service, restaurant reservations, etc. Can accommodate 8-9 persons easily. One of the best locations on the island, right on the boarder between the French and Dutch side. Very close to Orient Bay, Philipsburg, easy access to Grand Case. Good classy restaurant nearby. Very quite and discrete place, security 24/7, gated access, extremely helpful, polite and prompt personnel. Beach chairs, umbrellas and beach service. The 2 pools with bar service. Beautiful place really. Cribs & high chairs are available upon request.
