• Main House: Houses five bedrooms spread across three levels, with living spaces that are easily accessible and ideal for families or groups.

• Independent apartment (Room 6): Located on the right side, this apartment has a full kitchen and can serve as a private retreat for couples, a fun space for kids, or accommodation for personal staff. It is depicted as ‘Bedroom 6’ in our photos.

Directly below the apartment, we have accommodations for our caretaker, who lives on the property. The presence of our caretaker ensures that everything is in perfect order at all times, enhancing the security and maintenance of Villa Luminara.
