The ranch house offers high ceilings in the open concept living room kitchen area great for gathering. In the living room, you'll find comfortable, reclining couches and a 65" smart tv and high speed internet. The fully stocked kitchen has new appliances, including a dishwasher, a 12 cup coffee maker and a large table for eating or playing games. The walk-in pantry offers lots of storage space. The laundry area includes a washer/dryer combo unit as well as additional storage.
Three bedrooms provide restful privacy, each have queen beds, dressers, mirrors, nightstands with lamps & charging ports, ceiling fans and 43" smart TVs. Two bedrooms include closets with hangers and storage space.
The big, bright bathroom has an extra-large shower and a tankless hot water heater means never having to wait to shower. The vanity offers space, a large mirror and a variety of lighting. The linen closet is stocked with towels, washcloths, beach towels, and a First Aid Kit. The house offers plenty of closet space & storage. Step outside to an expansive, covered deck with couches, chairs, tables & gas grill for gathering, grilling & eating and a relaxing, 7-person hot tub.
