Villa Donna Agaver is a traditional Sicilian villa set on a hillside, a short drive from Trapani, sandy beaches and the salt pans of the west coast. Surrounded by a verdant garden dotted with palm trees, this early 20th-century villa boasts sweeping views over olive groves to Lake Baiata valley below. Inside, original features such as Favignana tuff stone arches and smooth terracotta tiled flooring add to its distinctive style. Perfect for up to six guests, the villa has three bedrooms and three bathrooms across two floors. Inside and out, there is plenty of space to socialise. A large living area on the ground floor spans a lounge with fireplace, dining area and kitchen. Open French windows from here onto a large terrace, furnished for outdoor dining and relaxation. In the heart of the garden, a swimming pool and sun loungers await.

Interior:
The villa is arranged over two floors connected by an internal staircase. GROUND FLOOR – Entrance into open-plan living area with sofas, fireplace and guest bathroom; dining area and kitchen; three large arched French windows open to the terrace and garden; one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. FIRST FLOOR – One double bedroom with divisible bed; one twin bedroom with joinable beds; bathroom with shower.

Park:
The property covers approximately 14,000 sqm and is arranged across two levels. A lawned garden with palm trees and Mediterranean plants surrounds the villa and terrace. The upper level includes an olive grove bordered by shrubs and hedges. A gazebo with stone barbecue, sofas, table and chairs is located beside the olive grove. The lower terrace, accessible by four steps, includes the swimming pool, lawn, and a solarium equipped for outdoor relaxation. Five cars can be parked inside the grounds.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.

Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is located approximately 20 metres from the villa, in a secluded part of the garden. Rectangular in shape; measures 10 x 5 m with a depth from 1 m to 1.5 m; Roman steps at one end, steel ladder at the other; lined in light-coloured PVC; chlorine purification; internal lighting activated by twilight sensor. The solarium is paved in stoneware and surrounded by Mediterranean plants; sunbeds and tables are provided. The pool is open from the first Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October.
