Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.
Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
Syracuse Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.
Check-in will take place in online self check-in mode, completing registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions on how to collect the keys and access the apartment.
Keys can be collected free of charge via on-site keybox.

The exclusive Borgo 84 residence, where our accommodation is located, is just 3 km from the center of Marzamemi. Marzamemi is one of the most charming seaside villages in Sicily, famous for its authentic atmosphere, colorful houses and the scent of the sea. The heart of the village is the historic Tonnara, today surrounded by typical clubs, shops and restaurants. Worth visiting are Piazza Regina Margherita, the Church of San Francesco di Paola and the small port. Ideal for enjoying the sunset, tasting fresh fish and discovering the south-eastern coast of the island.
A few km from the property there are beaches of extraordinary beauty and crystal clear waters, such as the Spinazza beach, the Portopalo beach (Capo Passero) and the famous San Lorenzo beach.
