La regadera de la recámara no permitía el paso del agua y salía un chorrito de agua fría. Las sábanas y cobijas estaban duras. Hacía calor en el cuarto. En cuanto al restaurante, los platos colocados en el bufet tenían polvo y no puedo creer que sigan usando vasos de plástico y unicel. La jarra del agua se terminaba inmediatamente y no la rellenaban. No catalogaron las jarras que tenían en la mesa sin color y no hay opción de jugos naturales ni artificiales y se supone que es para el desayuno.

En general bien pero, el hotel necesita remodelación, las camas no muy cómodas, no calefacción, el desayuno muy sencillo, nada especial, sin embargo, la atención del personal muy buena. Gracias!

La habitación no contaba con agua embotellada, se la pedimos a reepción y nos dieron 2 de medio litro. No había toallas, la recamarista nos dio las que necesitabamos sin preguntar. El servicio de desayuno fue muuuuy tardado, pero cuando nos atendieron, lo hicieron con amabilidad.

En general buen servicio.

En general, muy buen servicio, solo tuve unos detalles: en limpieza el baño tiene un poco de moho y no hubo suficientes toallas de baño además de que las toallas de mano estan un poco asperas. Con respecto al desayuno tardaron muchísimo en entregar los alimentos.

Relación aceptable valor-precio

La reserva estaba hecha por una habitación con aire acondicionado, nos pretendían dar una sin esa amenidad. La persona encargada en la tarde-noche está poco involucrada en los procesos internos del hotel ya que no podía resolver. Nos advirtió que, aunque tuvieramos necesidad de utilizar el baño si lo hacíamos se nos iba a cobrar la noche, siendo que el error de asignación no era imputable a nosotros. El mobiliario y las amenidades son antiguas y algo descuidadas.
