Hace frío en la habitación, agua de la ducha está tibio, jabón y shampoo que da el hotel es de lo más corriente, alfombra se ve sucio. Precio regular no caro, pero lo que ofrece el hotel en calidad y comodidad va a su precio o no llega, pero parece que ya es el mejor hotel que se consigue en Tulancingo.
