Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage auf einem Bergrücken mit tollem Blick in die Ferne. Pferde und Ziegen im Umfeld, Schwimmbad und viel Spielplatz. Unsere Wohnung war in Ordnung und sauber aber alles ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Fahren gerne wieder hin.

I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili. L'appartamento spazioso e con un bel portico per mangiare. Unico elemento negativo la strada sterrata per arrivarci e il WiFi non sempre presente

Wir waren jetzt das dritte Mal hier. Wir finden es dort also recht gut! Diesmal erhielten wir eine andere, größere Wohnung, weil die gemietete Wohnung keine funktionierende Heizung hatte (und es schon kalt/ungemütlich wurde). Die WC-Spülung war mehrmals defekt. Die Anfahrt auf den letzten 200 m ist fast nur noch mit Allradantrieb und nicht liefergelegtem Wagen möglich, leider. ..., hier muss etwas passieren!! Sonst: Sehr schöne Aussicht, Wohnung okay / sauber / gepflegt. Technik: OK.

Wir waren das 2. Mal in dieser...

Wir waren das 2. Mal in dieser Unterkunft. Es hat sich gegenüber 2016 nicht viel geändert. Wir waren wieder zufrieden. Die Qualität der Anfahrtswege (Sand–bzw. Schotterwege) hat sich leider verschlechtert. Man muss sehr langsam und vorsichtig fahren, wenn man eine Grundberührung des KFZ–Unterbodens auf den teils ausgefahrenen Wegen mit Steinen und Sand vermeiden möchte. Da man etwa 10 Minuten Fahrtzeit auf diesen Wegen hat (etwa 3,5 km), ist dies schon ein gewisses Problem.Das Olivenöl vom Vermieter ist sehr, sehr gut (aber auch teuer – 0,7 l 12/13€). Kosten für Gas und "Kurtaxe" (werden bei Abreise von ... erhoben, sind nicht unbeachtlich. Reisetipps: Guter Standort, um ab Chiusi mit der Bahn nach Rom zu fahren.
