With space for up to six guests, this home offers the luxury of direct beach access right from your own backyard. Simply step out the back door, walk over the foredune, and you are standing on miles of pristine Oregon shoreline.

The heart of the home is the living and dining area, featuring a full wall of windows that frame spectacular views of Haystack Rock and the surrounding dunes. Whether you’re sipping an espresso from the kitchen or curling up with a selection from our large library of beach-read books, the beautiful coastal setting is always close at hand. The house is equipped with two Smart TVs and plenty of cozy seating for your entire group. For meals, you can choose between the formal dining area, the quaint kitchen breakfast table, or the outdoor gas BBQ for a summer cookout. We also provide portable lawn chairs so you can settle in and enjoy a world-class Pacific City sunset at the water’s edge.

After a day of exploring, retreat to one of two peaceful bedrooms, each featuring a queen-size bed. The bonus room provides an additional cozy space with a daybed and its own Smart TV, making it a perfect hideaway for kids or a quiet place to relax. The home’s amenities ensure a comfortable stay, including a recently renovated main bathroom with a large soaking tub and a second bathroom with a walk-in shower. This second bathroom connects directly to the garage, allowing for a quick and easy cleanup after a day spent in the sand.

While Sea Lion Crossing offers unparalleled convenience, the Oregon coast is a dynamic environment. Please be aware that coastal dune formations change frequently with the weather and tides, and access paths can become steep or rugged at times. With this in mind, public beach access is always available nearby at Bob Straub State Park, Cape Kiwanda, and the intersection of Sunset Drive and Pacific Avenue.

Beyond your backyard, Pacific City offers endless adventure. You can climb the famous Great Dune at Cape Kiwanda, book a trip with Haystack Fishing, or explore the scenic hiking trails at Sitka Sedge and Cape Lookout. Local favorites like PC Pour at the Cape and Beach Walk offer excellent dining options, while a short 20-mile drive can take you to the Tillamook Cheese Factory to the north or the Lincoln City Outlets to the south. Designed by the famous Dreamland crew, this concrete playground features a unique "Dory Boat" bowl—a nod to our local fishing heritage. Parking
Guests have convenient private parking at Sea Lion Crossing. One vehicle may be parked in the garage, with space for two additional vehicles in the driveway. Please park on the right-hand (north) side of the white dashed line.

Sea Lion Crossing is a 1955-built coastal home, and its electrical system is not designed to support charging electric vehicles. EV charging is not available at the property.

For the comfort and convenience of all guests, boats, trailers, and RVs are not permitted on the property.
