Stay warm and dry snuggled in a cozy throw and observe the dramatic winter weather. There is a master bedroom with a king size bed with a smart TV and an ocean view along with a roomy master bath. A guest room and guest bath located on the other side of the living room and no stairs required because all spaces are at street level. BBQ on the east patio located out of the westerly winds or set in the sun and enjoy that novel you've been meaning to get to.

Walk south to Bob Straub Park and keep going to where the Nestucca River meets the ocean or head north towards the picturesque Cape Kiwanda and Haystack Rock. There is so much to explore along Pacific City's beautiful coastline including beach combing, whale watching and horseback riding. Bring your kayak to launch into the Nestucca River or rent one locally.
