This 3,200 sf townhouse style home with a reverse floor plan is full of old world flavor. Guests will enjoy spotting whales in the bay and seeing sea lions and their pups on the small beach across the street. The recreation trail that wraps around the bay is just steps from your front door at Escabar Escape, and the Monterey Bay Aquarium is just a short stroll away. Park your car and walk everywhere including Cannery Row and downtown Pacific Grove shops, restaurants and other attractions.

Living Spaces
The upstairs living room, dining room and large balcony are the best seats in the house so you can take in the full view. A fully-equipped kitchen, a dedicated laundry room and a 1 car garage make the home functional as well as comfortable.

The Entry is on the first floor along with the 1 car garage.

The main Living Area is located on the 3rd floor. It features a spacious living room with panoramic bay views, a gas fireplace, and a large flat screen TV with cable service. Step onto the ocean-side balcony for a spectacular view of the sea. Well-equipped for extended stays!

Kitchen and Dining
The fully equipped Kitchen has a large pantry, kitchen bar seating for 2, new stainless steel appliances, tile counters and both drip and Keurig coffee makers. Enjoy the view from the kitchen balcony, which features a new propane grill.
The adjacent dining room seats 6, and is open to the kitchen, with full views of the Pacific Ocean, and a balcony.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
The Primary Bedroom is located on the 3rd floor with a king bed, TV with cable and private balcony as well as a separate entrance. You will find a large walk-in closet and en suite bathroom featuring a tub, separate walk-in shower and double sinks. Glass bricks in the shower let in light while ensuring privacy.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located on the 2nd floor, and each one has a Queen bed. The full bathroom with shower on this level is just steps away.

Bathroom 3 is a half-bath on the 3rd floor near the main living areas.

You will find a full Laundry Center on the 2nd floor for your convenience.
