This charming, single-story adobe brick home is located on a quiet residential street in upper Pacific Grove. The cozy living room has a no-maintenance gas fireplace and a flat screen TV with expanded cable service and a DVD player. The large, fully-equipped kitchen has a second dining table, and the enclosed patio and Weber gas grill are convenient for cookouts.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a private bathroom, and a large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, and there's a second full bath, and an office with a convertible sofabed.
The home is within walking distance of several excellent French, Italian and Chinese restaurants (as well as an outstanding French Patisserie). Safeway and Trader Joe's are only three blocks away; Asilomar Beach and the Pacific Grove Municipal Golf Course are within two miles.
