This is a best low-cost resort I have ever been! Actually, this is the best resort I have ever been. And definitely the best hotel I have ever been. Lets start with the food: Buffet breakfast is worth of every penny, although coffee tasted bad, every morning. Lunch/dinner menu is little bit too western for me, but luckily there were some delicious local specialties on the menu. I loved the fact that they have three different restaurant at the area. We tried them all liked them all as well. Food is a bit pricey, but the quality is good and not variable. You always have the chance to go out to eat somewhere else, if you want. Pearl has their own taxi, which is ready to give you a lift with a decent 4FJD price. Working well. Personnel is very happy, relaxed and helpful, even with the things which are not related to staying in the hotel. This helped us a lot. Pool area is small, but during the low season it was big enough for us. Sea is a little bit murky (just a little bit), but the beach is really long, nice, clean and.. sandy. Like sandy beaches are. Beach is suitable for small kids. Calm and soft. Environment around the hotel is clean and well maintained. Gym is small and there is not too many weights, but it is still the best gym I have seen in Fiji. Everything was working there and it was clean. SPA was nice. I wouldn't recommend to take waxing there, but massages were nice. Not awesome. Nice. Rooms are big, really quiet and tidy and very updated. Worth of staying.

Big resort, but surprisingly quiet. It is clean place and staff is really friendly. Water is too murky for snorkelling at the own beach, but one of the activities is to take a boat a littlebit further, where the visibility is better. There are lots of activities you can do with money. And lots you can do without money. Food at the restaurants is mostly western, tastes western, but also the prices are western. You totally miss the local life and culture if you stay in a place like this, but if you just want to stay in your comfort zone and all you need a pool and beer (or want to have a break for your packbaging life), this is a good place to be.

Great value, with a free massage ideal for going diving with Aqua trek. Only $50 Fijian from Suva in a taxi and busses pass regularly.

Relaxing Getaway

Right on the beach, plenty of loungers, friendly staff, lovely views and good cocktails (happy hour drinks are 50% off). We went here as part of celebrating our recent Engagement, and when we entered our room they had a bottle of champagne waiting for us, and the word 'Congrats' made with petals on our bed. Such a lovely touch - thank you. They also upgraded us to a sea view room! Highly recommend the sea view rooms so you get the nice view. This resort is getting an upgrade, so at the moment the resort is looking a bit tired as are the rooms. New building work going on next to current resort. We got our week's break at a discounted price, so we thought it good value. Although the resort is looking a bit tired at the moment, it still has a nice ambience. I can't wait to see the new resort as it has great potential. We really enjoyed our week.

bel hotel

l'hotel est sympa, un peu loin de tout! Il y a actuellement des travaux juste à côté de l'hotel. Ils agrandissent et rénove. C'est un bel hôtel, un peu vieux, mais très correct. La nourriture et le personnel sont les points fort. La plage est jolie, mais sans plus. Il y a une belle piscine et le jardin est agréable.
