For guests planning to stay with us for more than 28 days, please be advised that we require a background check through a secure, third-party online service, which comes with a fee of $49. To complete the process, we will also need supporting documentation such as an employment letter, internship letter, or a recent payslip. We understand that this may be an extra step, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as it helps us maintain a safe and secure environment for everyone.
In addition to the background check, there will be a monthly utility fee of $100, which increases to $200 during the winter season, for all long-term stays.

The link will include a set of preliminary questions that must be answered. We may also request a copy of your ID to verify your identity and ensure the correct individual is staying.
