The staff was great and our room was spotless. The view outside our 3rd story window was stunning. There are very good restaurants within walking distance. Would highly recommend.

While the staff and location of this property were top notch, the facilities themselves were pretty disappointing. The stairs and hallway were heavily stained. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable, but the room itself was in rough shape. The curtains were starting to fall down, the flooring was a lumpy, gap riddled catastrophy and the bathroom had many places where the paint was peeling away.

We had an ocean view and it was beautiful! The room was very clean and everything was in it's spot. Very nice. The staff was helpful and very nice. A few negatives...the windows weren't clean so the view was a little interrupted. We had 2 queen beds and mine was comfy, but my friends was a little lumpy. Even with those 2 items I would absolutely stay there again!
I stuck my phone out the slight crack the window would open. Great view!

Like the quietness.there was dust thick on frames and high places, the tub didn't have a stopper when walking in room smelled musty. We cleaned the air conditioner filter and the water from coffee pot. Helped a litte. Front desk nice and helpful. Used to offer Continental breakfast no longer available

The beds were not comfortable at all. The elevator sucks. Horrible ocean view. You can see some of the ocean if you look way over the other buildings blocking your view. And the people above us didn't get in until 2:45 am and decided to constantly walk back and forth rapidly for over an hour. Will never stay here again

Great location but renovation lacked attention to detail. The toilet paper roll constantly fell apart, the wall patches in bathroom were not finished, the faucet was set too far back and was not only difficult to use but make a huge water mess, and the flooring was not done properly. It was obvious that significant sections were missing and the bed placed to hide that fact; however, the floor boards slid when walking showing several inch gaps. Housecleaning forgot to freshen room. The staff at front desk was nice.

It is a worn down facility. Although the cleaning staff seem to clean timely and everyday, my bed had other people's hair, a shower curtain rod seemed like someone had been hanging on it and was bent, the flooring by the window of my room sunk and the bar in front would bring cigarette smoke in every once in a while. The facility itself was not well kept. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I think this was the saving grace. If the price were better I would be ok with this place but I have stayed at cheaper cleaner places.
