Possiede un ampio soggiorno con cucina a vista dotati di comodo divano a 3 posti e tavolo rotondo allungabile , una camera da letto matrimoniale, una seconda camera con letto a castello per un totale di 4 posti, un bagno con doccia, un ripostiglio con lavatrice e un balcone dotato di tavolino per la colazione con vista sull'ampio verde del residence. Sono presenti una grande piscina comune a vostra completa disposizione e un bel giardino di proprietà con alberi ad alto fusto e amaca. Parcheggio interno privato coperto e posto auto esterno. L'appartamento è situato in una casa indipendente con solo 6 unità ed è stato interamente ristrutturato e arredato nel 2025.
