Villa Diletta - Private Pool - Walk to Lake

Villa Diletta is a family home, welcoming and elegant, with a beautiful garden and a private swimming pool.

The house is recently built and has all the features for a relaxing and satisfying holiday. It is in fact located a short distance from the lake, but also in an excellent area for discovering the local beauties. You can set off on foot for an extraordinary walk, or go and visit villages and parks located nearby. Or simply rest lying in the sun by the pool.



Villa Diletta extends over more than 300 m2. On the ground floor, overlooking the porch and the beautiful, sunny swimming pool, we find a large, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room.

On the ground floor we find a double bedroom with its full bathroom and a wardrobe.

Upstairs, very welcoming, we have a master double bedroom with en suite bathroom with hydromassage tub. Then there are two bedrooms with a queen size bed, useful for an adult each, or for two children. Another bathroom with shower is present on the floor.

All bedrooms have recently installed air conditioning.

In the tavern, well finished and furnished and very cool in summer, we have three more beds and a bathroom. N.B. the tavern is not heated



Our guests can use the entire house and its amenities. We reserve the garage for ourselves and for safety reasons. However, 4 or 5 cars can be parked in the fenced courtyard.



The house is located in a quiet neighborhood of villas only, with easy access to the road to the lake.



The swimming pool will be open from April to October inclusive

We can accommodate up to 12 people, but a maximum of 9 adults, or 8 adults and 2 children, etc. Ask us for information before booking.



Pets are allowed upon request at the time of booking



To guarantee responsible and ecological use of air conditioning, an amount equal to 30kwh per day is considered included in the price of the stay, more than sufficient for intensive use of the house and the air. Consumption above this threshold will be charged at 0.4 euros per kWh



Check in is possible from 4pm onwards. Please inform us in advance of the expected time, so that we are available and do not make you wait. A simple message will be enough.

A security deposit (pre approval only) of €1000 will be required at check in

As a guest of this villa, you'll find a terrace, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
