Central apartment close to train station

We stayed at this apartment a few nights, due to its short distance the train station. It's around 15 mins walk and few minute to the old town. The apartment had all the basics but if you're planning to cook a lot this is not the right place as the kitchen is about too small for that. The apartment misses some essentials like full length mirror, kitchen towels, dish rack, mattress protector or extra bin bags. Overall the apartment was clean and comfortable, and very quiet! It's in a safe building on the first floor, just the area is not what we expected. There are lots of businesses around (Spar supermarket just a minute away) and when they close in the evening it feels a bit uncomfortable to get to the apartment (alone). Also the check-in procedure is a bit unusual as you have to use an app. It works but make sure you familiarise yourself with thee procedure before arriving. Overall a good value for money.

Ottima la posizione, vicinissima al centro. La pulizia discreta (ex: pavimento del bagno). Mancano alcuni accessori per rendere il soggiorno ancora più comodo: ex: manca il porta salviette vicino al lavandino, mancano gli accessori per appendere gli asciugamani dopo la doccia. La più grave mancanza, a mio parere, è che la struttura risponde solo alle mail e mai al numero di telefono indicato nella prenotazione. Arrivate alla struttura non sapevamo quale fosse l'appartamento a noi destinato ..fortunatamente abbiamo incontrato una ragazza addetta alle pulizie che ha contattato la sua responsabile e ci ha aiutate.

Not recommended, no customer service at all

The room itself is ok - a bit small but it is equipped ok, with the kitchen fitted out and a new bathroom. There were some issues like hair on the lightstand, but the main problem was a truly awful mattress - it's so bad you can actually feel each individual spring inside it, and it left us with a bad back each morning. The biggest problem, however, is the atrocious customer service. When you send a message on this website to organise your check-in as they ask there's no reply. Then they start bombarding you with messages and asking you to jump through hoops, and do this and do that - it's the most disorganised check-in I've ever seen. Worse than that, they don't even bother to welcome you, and are incredibly rude if you expect anything like customer service. It seems MyPlace have a few apartments in Padua, but after our experience last weekend I definitely can not recommend them, a terrible experience with them.

NON C'ERA IL TELECOMANDO DELLA TELEVISIONE

Tutto bene, confortevole, pulito, tranquillo. Ho subito notato, però, che non c'era il telecomando della televisione. Ho telefonato più volte al numero di riferimento. Mi è stato sempre risposto che avrebbero risolto ma non l'hanno fatto. Non mi hanno neppure richiamata per spiegarmi come accendere manualmente il televisore e dirmi come mai non potessi avere il telecomando. Mi hanno presa in giro.
