This beautiful villa with a private swimming pool and park is nestled in the peaceful countryside, yet it is only a few minutes from the historic centre of Padua. Thanks to its strategic location between Vicenza and Venice, every destination in the Veneto region can be reached quickly and easily.

The property is completely fenced, offering privacy and security. Guests can enjoy wonderful evenings dining under the large covered porch after cooking on the barbecue, while children play football in the garden, swim in the pool, or run freely through the magnificent park filled with centuries-old trees and colourful flowers.

Within just a 10-minute drive, you can access the A4 and A13 motorways, connecting Padua with some of Italy's most beautiful cities: Venice (40 minutes), Vicenza (30 minutes), Treviso, Verona and Ferrara (about 1 hour). In around one hour you can also reach the Adriatic coast (Jesolo, Caorle and Sottomarina), Lake Garda, or the nearby mountains, including the Asiago Plateau and the Little Dolomites.

If relaxing by the pool is not enough, the famous thermal spa towns of Montegrotto Terme, Galzignano Terme and Abano Terme are only about 10 km away, offering renowned thermal waters and wellness facilities. Golf enthusiasts will also find several golf courses nearby, located in the hills, mountains or by the sea, allowing year-round play.

The villa is spread over two floors connected by an internal staircase. On the ground floor there is a spacious professional kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, and the first bathroom. The first floor features four bedrooms (two of which are interconnected) and two additional bathrooms.
