10 Mill Road is perfectly located close to Padstow Harbour, North Cornwall. Within a 5 minute walk you can be watching the boats in the harbour or browsing the boutiques, artisan shops and galleries in Padstow town.

This 19th Century character holiday cottage with beamed ceilings and an open fire is very comfortably furnished and a great base for both couples and families to explore the beautiful Camel Estuary area.
Situated in the oldest part of Padstow and has a small outside space with bistro table to enjoy a relaxing evening drink.
The various fabulous bars and restaurants including Rick Stein and Paul Ainsworth restaurants are all minutes away.
Prideaux Place, Padstow Museum and The Lobster Hatchery are within a short stroll.
For the more adventurous: hire a bike and ride the Camel Trail to Wadebridge, take a Sea Safari or estuary trip on the Jubilee Queen. Local beaches are close by and taking the small ferry to Rock is a nice way to spend the day.
The accommodation is arranged over 3 floors with views over the rooftops and glimpses of the Camel Estuary from the first floor.
Standard Changeover day is FRIDAY Short breaks available .
