In less than 10 minutes you can walk to the world famous Padstow Harbour, with culinary delights abound. Refurbished to a good standard, the living/dining area boasts an inviting corner sofa, superb leather armchair and dining table with four chairs. There is a flat screen TV and Wifi. There are excellent kitchen appliances. A thoughtfully designed bathroom has a full sized bath with shower over and plenty of storage. Bedroom 1 offers plenty of natural light, thanks to the two skylight windows and has a very comfortable double bed. Bedroom two has a further twin room, plenty of storage and would suit two adults and one child. A picnic style garden bench provides you with a space to relax after your day, or to plan for tomorrow’s activities!

There is a golf course nearby and Padstow beach is less than one mile away; and a bit further on is St Georges beach, Tregirls beach and Hawkers Cove. Pub within 1 mile.
