Open plan spacious living area with bay window and corner lounge sofa. Wall mounted TV, with DVD player and SKY TV box with basic Sky Essential TV . Sideboards stocked with various entertainment for your entertainment and enjoyment DVD's,videos,board games, together with lots of information on local attractions and activities in the surrounding area. CD player, various Lamps and desk table. Small bench with cushions, archway leads into:
Understairs storage cupboard with High Chair, Hoover and ironing board
Ground Floor WC - with toilet and wash hand basin
Kitchen/ Dining area Fully equipped kitchen with all you need for a self catering stay form a lemon squeezer to a cafetiere, electric oven and induction hob with extractor hood, microwave, 4 slice toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer + cafetiere Under sink cleaning materials, tea towels.

Beach Goods There are some wetsuits, body boards and beach towels available for guest use. Please keep maintained and leave at the property on departure - sizes and quantity cannot be guaranteed.
Bed Linen is provided for all bedrooms
Towels are not provided - Please B.Y.O or option to hire £5 per person - includes one bath and one hair towel. You can choose at time of booking and via your Guest Log in.
Pets: Maximum 4 well behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement @£25 per pet on stays of up to 7 days. Price increases for longer stays.
