Just 900m from Padstow's Harbour which enjoys a selection of traditional Pubs, various Restaurants,  Cafes and shops.  Setters Rest also enjoys views to the beautiful Camel Estuary and closely situated to the Camel Trail which is idyllic for a wander and wildlife spotting along the river.

This lovely two bedroom Holiday Home provides all the comforts you could possibly need for a self catering stay even a Nespresso coffee machine!
Bed linen & towels, Parking space, large rear private decked space and PETS are welcome.

Standard Changeover day is FRIDAY - Short Break stays are welcome.

Living room – with 2 x 2 seater comfortable leather sofas, Smart TV and DVD player, electric wall mounted fire. Side tables and wall lighting, USB charging points and sockets.

Kitchen area – well equipped for a self-catering stay with washer dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, combi microwave oven, Neff electric oven, electric hob, under counter fridge with freezer compartment.

Stairs lead to first floor - Bedrooms and Family Bathroom

Double Bedroom – double bed with bedside tables and lamps, chest of drawers, tub chair, fitted wardrobe.

Twin Bedroom – 2 x 3ft single beds – Bedside tables with lamps, chest of drawers. Clothes hanging hooks to bedroom door. Views to Padstow Monument.

Family Bathroom - WC, wash hand basin with vanity unit under and feature vanity mirror with lights. Bath with electric shower over and ladder rack electric towel rail.

Bed Linen and Towels are provided.

OUTSIDE

Large decked Rear Patio - elevated decking to maximise the glorious estuary views. Picnic table bench seating.
Secure patio storage for boards and bikes (accessed around to the rear of the property).

Two pets are welcomed by prior arrangement at £35 per pet for all stays up to 7 nights (longer stays further charges would apply) - please message us to add pets to the booking.

Parking - Allocated parking to the front of the property for one vehicle.
